hela Sverige Modis is currently looking for more Business Analysts with different levels of experience, knowledge and background where you will be working together with leading global companies in the high-end market of its branch.
About the task
* Becoming a successful business analyst takes core business skills and specialized knowledge that will advance a firm 's objectives and contribute to its remaining competitiveness in a complex economy. Some of these core skills include:
* Written and verbal communication in both Swedish and English, including technical writing skills to a business standard.
* Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
* The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
* Business case development
* Modeling techniques and methods
* Leadership qualities
Examples of what we expect of you:
* Define and document business requirements and use cases.
* Capture business processes and requirements cross central functions and EMEA markets
* Act as a liaison between users and solution team.
* Advise case owner/client on choosing the right solutions based on functional & technical perspective and cost-benefit perspective
* Write business cases and communicate with project stakeholders about results and changes to requirements
* Assist in developing change management strategy with business impact analysis
* Support the project manager in project planning, executing, roll-out and project handover activities
Preferable additional skills
* Knowledge of automotive
* Excellent communication and soft values in order to build good relations with executives and colleagues.
* Experience with SAP and as merit any of the following: VSTS, Visio, HP ALM, JIRA, DITS, ODGF, PIE, KDP, VDW or Azure
About you
We believe that you have at least a bachelor degree or equivalent working experience within the area of computer science, information management, engineering or similar in combination with at least a few years of experience together with some familiarity with for example Scrum methodology. We assume you have good IT knowledge of web, computers and Microsoft Office. Experience from working with document management or knowledge of databases or web technology is an advantage.
