About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts throughout 2023. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant with the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.
The assignment period will be a mutual test period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. For you who are new to the labor market, consulting assignments are a good way to try different assignments, make contacts and build a competitive resume.

Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role as Business Analyst, you are part of a team that currently is working with the implementation of the HCM tool Workday. In the role, you are involved in the requirement elicitation, design, development, and maintenance of Workday, used across the Enterprise. You work closely with the HR teams to ensure a successful implementation and provide documentation for each phase of the development. Furthermore, you work with business stakeholders and departments to fulfill the requirement elicitation and development of business processes. You own the configuration and design process and produce relevant documentation. Furthermore you are responsible for Workday functions such as Core HCM, Reporting and Security. You are also responsible for internal questions and training of the tool.
• Requirement elicitation, design, development and maintenance of Workday
• Collaboration with HR department and business stakeholders to ensure implementation and development of Workday
• Responsible for the configuration and design process as well as several Workday functions
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Previous experience working in Workday
• Previous experience in design, development, and implementation of a corresponding business system
• Master verbal and written communication in English on a professional level
• Meritorious with previous work experience from an international context
We are looking for you who have previously been involved in the development and implementation of a corresponding business system and understands the importance of working responsive together with the organization. You have experience with Agile methods, understanding of object-oriented architecture and can handle large amounts of information with ease. As a person, you are results-oriented, take great ownership of your tasks, make sure that the implementation is good and ensures that everything is finished on time.
