The position
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a background in environment management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing processes. As a Business Analyst, you will identify, understand and document the general requirements of our service environments and will assist the planning and scheduling upgrade activities. You will be supporting and working closely with Environment Owners, Release Management, Change Management, and technical teams to ensure smooth and reliable updates and ongoing management of our service environments.
As a Business Analyst for Cambios service environments, you play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities include tracking version updates and ensuring different systems work well together. You'll also help define requirements, support change requests, and coordinate system upgrades. Acting as a main point of contact, you'll answer questions about our service environments and upcoming changes. Additionally, you'll assist with troubleshooting, incident management, and work to improve how the system is used and adopted across teams.
You will be helping Cambio to provide confidence both internally and to our customers that we are providing a high quality and well managed service offering.

Requirements
Experience from working with service environment management or similar tasks
Worked with Business analysis or similar tasks.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is required
It's a bonus if you
Previously have worked within healthcare.
Experience working with ITIL
Highly meritorious with experience of our products or services and related integration solutions
Experience of informatics, and/or integration work
Knowledge of healthcare standards and specifications (Open EHR, FHIR, SNOMED CT)
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
