Digital Banking In Swedbank, Digital Banking is responsible for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of channels and tools used in customer interactions. The organization consists of ~600 employees spread over all our home markets. Digital Banking is a rapidly growing unit and we are quickly becoming one of the most important strategic areas of the Swedbank Group
About the job Swedbank is in the middle of a large transformation where the bank quickly needs to adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer expectations. Digital Banking is in the center of this journey and is in many ways driving the change.
The cross functional team you will be joining is developing Swedbank's next generation engagement and personal financial management services. The ambition is to provide a complete overview of our customers' financials which is the most important building block to remain the financial access point for our customers - keeping the digital relationship in our channels.
You will be primarily responsible for planning, creating and executing acceptance tests and ensure that all interested parties understand, accept and are delivering according to agreed process. Secondarily, you will work with requirements. You conduct your work the agile way, ensuring that we efficiently develop the right things with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.
In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for:
Planning and executing acceptance tests
Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
Acceptance test developed features before release
Together with the Agile Product Owner and the other Business Analyst work with requirements and relevant stakeholders.
Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders
Together with the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products
Plan and estimate the work together with the team
Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to improve over time
What you need to succeed To fit right in, we expect you to have passion about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means the ability to ask the relevant questions to perform business requirements analyses on assigned tasks. Come to conclusions form solutions and anchor them across the organization.
You also have to be willing to learn from others to bring extensive domain knowledge to the value stream with deep business and client need insights helping us developing state of the art solutions for our clients as well as sharing your own knowledge and experiences.
We are looking for a person with:
Experience from testing
Technical skills to the bridge between Business and development
Have experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
Good communication skills
Fluency in both Swedish and English
What you may have worked with previously Acceptance test Leader
Requirement specialist
Client facing activities, sales, support or similar roles
Product Owner
Project Manager
The role requires great communication skills along with a cooperative mindset.
