About the job As a Business Analyst with QA focus you will, together with the Agile Product Owner and the team members, be responsible for outline, describe and define requirements as well as preparing and execute quality assurance and testing.
As member of the cross functional team you will interact closely with the other Business Analysts in the team as well as the APO, Scrum Master and Software Engineers. You will also work close to the business specialists and help realize and implement their investment opportunities from start to end. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact in our Value Stream and create great value for our customers and often we see the direct results of our achievements.
Your main role will be to
Lead the work of collecting, describing and detailing business requirements
Plan and estimate the work together with the team.
Planning, creating and executing new functionality acceptance tests and regression test
Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the team and stakeholders
Perform quality assurance and of delivered functionality together with the team members and stakeholders
Continuously help to improve our way of working in the Value Stream as well as together with or business partners
Analyze and solve problems together with the team in case of upcoming incidents
What you need to succeed You are committed to realizing business value with high quality. As a person you are communicative and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are open and adaptable to change and you have proficient language skills in Swedish and English, both written and oral. You have preferably experience from Insurance sector and test area. It is a perfect opportunity especially for the ones with some years QA experience to move up to the next career level.

You have good cooperative skills and are a strong team player
You are self-driven and like to take on own responsibility
Good testing and analytical skills
Some years of software testing experience. ISTQB is a plus.
Preferably you have an academic degree in engineering, business administration or other relevant discipline
Experience from working in an agile environment is a plus
