We offer the right person the exciting task of leading and developing the Nordic Business Analysis Function. As the Business Analyst, Nordic Region you will have an important key role and the ability to actively affect the development of the Nordic region.
The main priorities of the Nordic Controlling function are to actively support and be a part of the regions business processes.
Main areas of responsibilities will be:
• Business and decision support to the marketing and management team
• Ongoing financial advice on marketing and media decisions
• Analysis of operative financial results (Monthly/Quarterly)
• Develop and maintain existing as well as new tools (ie, balanced scorecard, KPI?s, media reporting, product calculations)
• Provide financial expertise in tactical/strategic discussions
• Budgets and forecasts
• Ad hoc analysis
• Cross organisational projects related to optimising sales/profit

We are looking for an analytical person with experience or interest in direct marketing.

Your personal and influencing skills will be of importance in this recruitment. We can offer you a job in a fast moving international environment. The position is based in Malm?. The position reports to the European Business Analyst (UK).
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years qualified experience from roles within the finance and controlling. Probably you also have experience from a management position within the finance and controlling field. Preferably you have worked in a mail-order or direct marketing/direct to consumer business environment.
Summary of qualifications:
• Academic degree in Finance and Business administration
• Experience from mail-order, direct marketing/direct to consumer company is desired
• At least 4 years of qualified experience within finance/controlling required
• Analytical skills
• Experience of cost control
• Speak and write English fluently
• Prepared to travel
