We are looking for a Business Analyst for Group Business Support Data Governance CoE who will be responsible for consolidating, monitoring, reporting and follow-up on the data governance plans, targets and activities across Group Business Support.
You will be responsible for consolidating plans and roadmaps for data governance activities across Group Business Support, and developing and maintaining a monitoring, and reporting setup to create transparency of the data governance effort. Creating targeted communication material to senior management is also a part of the job.

What we offer
As the Business Analyst, you will have a key role in the Group Business Support Data Governance CoE, where we steer, guide and support Group Business Support information architecture and data governance, and ensure it is properly interconnected and aligned to the Nordea Group standards, and operating model.
Your will:
* Collect, consolidate and follow up on plans for data governance activities across Group Business Support
* Establish and run a framework to monitor the performance of key roles in the Data Governance Operating Model
* Implement procedures for regular reporting of the performance of key roles in the Data Governance Operating Model to different management levels in Group Business Support
* Develop performance metrics related to the data governance effort across Group Business Support
* Create ad hoc communication material for meetings with senior management
* On a daily basis collaborate with data governance experts and information architects in the team
* Give input to the Nordea data governance capabilities
* Drive clear communication and cultural change by establishing transparency of the data governance state, and needed actions
You will report to the Data Officer for Group Business Support and work closely together with the relevant areas within Group Business Support. The position can be located in Finland, Norway, Sweden or Poland.

In addition, we hope that you have experience:
* Working with data or information from an business perspective
* Reporting and communication across a large organisation to a variety of stakeholders
