Purpose of the role
This is a new and exciting role within our new Paulig Foods Division - as business analyst you will play a key role in our Business Excellence team within Supply Chain. We are a team that strive for excellence and we focus on analytic insight, pre-studies and process development. The mission for our team is to enable operational improvements that should enable to achieve and sustain results as defined by the company's strategic plans.Are you our next colleague?
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be focusing on the financial flow data within the area of Supply Chain. The role should gain a solid knowledge and understanding of the business needs, be able to assess impact of change, collect and compile data, analyze requirements and documenting the insights that is needed for further development in our processes. You will contribute with short and long term strategic priorities and recommendations that are actionable in alignment with Paulig Foods Supply Chain and Divisional priorities.
This role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is located in Mölndal. This role requires traveling.
Main Responsibilities
• Continuously develop and lead the work to set process and way of working within Supply Chain
• Drive and lead improvements from process and system support perspective
• Support and perform analysis profitability of segments and categories
• Follow up, make analyses and create financial business cases to reduce costs
• Develop consistent data & tools needed for the business.
• Drive decision-making processes
• Collect relevant Supply Chain Market Intelligence Data & communicate withinternal stakeholders like Sales and Marketing. Information that is needed for pricing.
• Train and educate the organization training in the appointed tools.
• Good understanding of data and how it affects' the business.
Qualifications
You have a Bachelor degree or Master of Business Administration or equivalent skills and a background of at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Supply Chain. You have the ability to approach problems and situations from different perspectives. You are a team player, you possess strong communication skills and dare to stand your ground while at the same time maintaining flexibility. You have ability to explain complex matters in an easy way.You are enthusiastic and positive, as well as able to approach partners and build strong relationships. Of course you have great analytical skills as well as good skills in excel and PowerPoint and experience from BI Tools. You are good at seeing the big picture and compiling data. Experience from working with Financial Analytics preferable from Supply Chain is an important factor to succeed in this role.
