About the assignment:

• Location: Stockholm

Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the client's team and help them with business analysis and requirements to develop functionalities for LCP (Life Customer Platform). The client are also modernizing their whole IT-landscape which they are accelerating now.

Work tasks:

• Gather information and analyze business and user needs and find the requirements
• Analyzing different problems as well as opportunities in products & services to work on its enhancement
• Having analytical, critical and problem solving thinking
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT development
• Maintaining good communications skills between all type of stakeholders throughout the whole process from requirements gathering to using it in production
• Coordination & Stakeholder management in different levels of an organization for different business initiatives
• Analyzing & simplifying information or requirements in a more understandable language both for all the stakeholders as well as the developers
• Creating Business requirement document or functional specifications for the requirement.
• Validating & verifying the solution designs according to the requirement with the stakeholders
• Co-ordinating acceptance testing of the solutions with the stakeholders

Mandatory competence and experience:

• It's good if you have experience working with Jira, Excel and Powerpoint.
• As a person, you would describe yourself as analytical, structured as well as driven. You are a good listener and taking initiative is natural for you. You enjoy working in a team in a flexible and prestige less way. You have skills in analyzing and describing complex processes into logical and understandable ways.
