hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Analyst to an international bank in the heart of Stockholm. Are you a team player with several years of experience of financial instruments and have experience and knowledge of financial regulation, e.g MiFID, AIFMD and EMIR legislation? Then we at Adecco Finance & Legal have the perfect assignment for you!
How might one day at work look like?
The sub-project Client Protection is a part of the banks MiFID II implementation program and focuses on the legal areas of Inducements, Suitability, Appropriateness and Product Governance. The project scope within these areas is to conduct a detailed gap analysis, facilitate solution design in close co-operation with the line organisation and to formulate business and IT requirements. Furthermore you will analyse current business models for the financial instruments and services in the bank to identify gaps against the MiFID II directive. Deliver business requirements and participate in implementation of required solutions.
Your qualifications
In order to succeed in this position we believe that you have at least 4-8 years of experience from similar tasks. You are an expert in financial instruments and the systems and processes, especially investment advisory, portfolio management and trade execution, supporting the production and distribution of the instruments to the market. Experience and knowledge of financial regulation, e.g MiFID, AIFMD and EMIR legislation is required. You have excellent communication skills both in English and in Swedish, written and spoken.
