Scania Vehicles & Services Treasury
Scania Vehicles & Services Treasury is a department within Scania CV AB that is a competence centre and operationally responsible for handling financial risks, financing and cash management within the Scania Group.
Treasury Business Solutions is a group within Scania Vehicles & Services Treasury that is responsible for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT and IT coordination. We are currently running and participating in several projects for services that will be used by the whole Scania Group.
We are now looking for a person with solid Business analyst competence within the finance area to further strengthen our Business Solution team.
Job Description
As a Business Analyst within Treasury, your responsibilities include:
Working on projects, as a Project Manager or project member, in an international and decentralized organization
Work with Change management within Treasury. Manage and coordinate the Change Management IT Portfolio
Work with Incident management within Treasury. Manage and coordinate incidents together with business and third-party suppliers
Be a link between Business and IT, supporting Business IT related matters, identifying business requirements and coordinate testing
Manage the Treasury IT budget and follow up on IT prognosis
Working with internal and external audits focusing on IT
Coordinate how we work with IT & Cyber security according to ISEC (Information security at Scania)
Your Profile
We see that you are a structured, creative and a persistent person with good communication skills who works independently. You are a flexible team player with a holistic view and thus see the bigger picture and take other perspective into account. You are also structured and prioritize your work effectively, while also taking responsibility for your own tasks. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and are well aware of goals and quality standards. Moreover, you have:
An academic background and relevant work experience from a similar position with around 6 years of experience
An understanding of basic IT such as interfaces, databases and server configurations and have worked within IT budgeting and IT prognosis follow-up
Experience from working on projects as well as experience within Change Management
Experience in working with IT compliance, internal and external audits focusing on IT
Experience working with Information Security (ISEC) and test leader experience
Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English is a requirement
Furthermore, having knowledge within the finance and preferably treasury is an advantage, as well as having knowledge within payment file formats. It's also an advantage if you have worked in an international organizations before.
