Join our journey in changing the retail agency world to become more data driven. We at WorkShop are providing strategic and tactical analyses to our clients every day and are on a journey on not only working with data but to be fully driven by it.

We are therefore looking to strengthen our team with a Business Analyst with skills understanding business objectives, organizing and analysing data to support these objectives, and form solid insights from the data to decision makers. You have a good knowledge of BI tools like Microsoft BI tools, statistical competence and an interest in tech.

In this position, you will work across all of WorkShops clients, proactively analysing information around our operational performance and clients' sales and marketing data. You will be part of developing how we work with data driven analysis and gathering of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Join dialog with clients along with business managers and other business owners
• Identify data and analysis requirements for projects and on-going activities
• Successfully retrieve, structure, analyse and present client based operations, activities and performance such as product trainings, sellout, campaigns and other KPIs
• Develop input and usage of the existing data input tools to cover the strategic topics in a relevant way
• Identify additional data that is needed to manage the process to gather or buy necessary information
• Develop processes and methods for gathering data and data analysis


We are looking for

• +2 minimum years' experience of business analysis, preferably as Management Consultant, or in-house
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, physics, maths, economics or such
• Advanced skills in MS office, Microsoft BI and other analytical tools
• Statistical competence
• Good understanding of analytical and market strategies and a large business interest
• Fluent English and Swedish
• A driven team player, comfortable taking own initiative that are followed through and well communicated
