You will
As Business Analyst, you will be a part of our team at Customer Service, helping our existing customers to grow their business sustainable and reducing carbon footprint by applying smart automation & robotic solutions. You will work directly with our clients to learn and analyze their business and design solutions using Swisslog's technology. You will be expected to ensure that our customer's current and future requirements are translated into functionality that corresponds to their expectations. The role is dynamic and you will work with customers from various industries and be the technical liaison between the software development team, business customers, and other involved stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will:
• Participate in workshops
• Define and document change orders with the customer
• Ensure that requirement changes within the project are managed properly throughout the project lifecycle
• Supports testers in the evaluation of potential defects
There are also good opportunities to develop into a role as Solution Architect.
Your Profile
We expect you to have some years of experience with software analysis, specifications, and requirements management and experience of some Object-oriented method. You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and we value your experience of managing requirements and communicating these to both end users and developers. We believe in and value team-players that are open and curious towards teammates. We also believe that you enjoy supporting and contributing to the solution with your knowledge. Logical thinking and analysis and having the ability to understand customer needs and turn them into creative solutions is also important.
