• Collaborate with other agile teams working on different layers in Swedbank to secure a smooth and streamlined customer experience and efficient technical solutions.

What is needed in this role:
• Passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something we build together.
• Good understanding of the payments products area and a strong drive to build your Payment product expertise.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills, fluent in English, with a drive to collaborate cross borders and in virtual team.
• Independently drive and contribute in all steps of the agile process: analyze and refine requirements and help to improve our way of working.
• Analytical skills and good at problem solving.
• Experience in analyzing, documenting requirements, business needs and testing solutions in dedicated environments; assuring the quality of the deliveries.
