What does the role look like?
For this role, we are looking for you who want to be part of making us the best IT consulting company. Here you will work with competent and supportive colleagues and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of large and small customers in the Gothenburg area. The consulting assignments are partly in our office and usually with our customers, therefore travel in the local area is part of everyday life.
The role can look very different depending on the assignment and customer. You act as an expert in one of our customer assignments and work with one or more areas within the Business Analyst area such as current situation analyzes, process mapping, change management, requirements, requirements analysis, agile roles, documentation and mediation, to bridge the gap between business and IT.

Your background
We are looking for you who have some of the following
• A habit of acting as a bridge between business and IT, perhaps in the form of administrative leaders or in current situation analyses. You are comfortable in the communicative and experienced in facilitation/workshop management.
• Education or experience in agile methods and Business Analysis.
• Documented experience of working with capturing and managing both functional and non-functional requirements from the business and working with user stories.
• Process mapping and use of different tools.
• Certified in IREB or other relevant certifications.
It is required that you are fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
