As Business Analyst for network teams In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Act as communicator and facilitator ensuring that business values are in focus while developing our services
• Work closely with Agile Product Owners (APO), domain and solution architects
• Contribute to our automation journey
• Analyse and translate business needs to use cases,
• Develop and describe processes and assist with project management for selected projects
To succeed in this role, you need:
• Academic degree in IT or other relevant area, or a great reason for not having one...
• Good understanding of the infrastructure area
• Engagement for dealing with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
• Critical thinking to understand and analyse problems and find solutions
• Problem solving ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams
• Decision making ability around things such as requirement prioritisation, scope, assessing viability of solutions etc
• Good listener & communication skills to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received for requirement management
• Documentation and writing skills creating use cases and business requirement documents
• Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to leaders and colleagues
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to different environments
• Ability to reach out to people in an open, simple, and caring way
• Experience from the agile way of working
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
