Are data and insights the key to success? We believe so. Do you have experience working with marketing data and want to make a real impact? Then this might be the role for you. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central Station)!

This is a substitute position, until September 2027.

Your role in our team. You are a part of the Business Analyst team within Lindex Commercial department, a team that drives development of analysis related to sales, customer, and marketing data. Our mission is to help the organization move faster from data to insights and actions. While marketing is your primary data domain, you'll work across a wide spectrum - sales, customer and e-com data. You're comfortable navigating different data sources and understand how they connect to create a full picture.

As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in helping Lindex grow by performing and developing marketing data analysis that drives customer-focused decisions. You'll be a proactive partner to teams and cross-functional groups, ensuring that our marketing strategies are built on solid data foundations.

Academic degree within business, economics or statistics minimum 3 years
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Power BI
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Experience working in marketing within an omni-channel organization in an international setting
A track record of using data-driven insights to guide priorities and decisions
