Location: Preferably Malmö but any of our Swedish offices (Hudiksvall, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Munkedal, Uddevalla) or working from home (in Sweden) is also possible.
Your work as Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst in our team, you will be responsible for analyzing our customers' business processes, refining requirement specifications, testing 3rd line support cases, and coordinating cases within the team and across departments. You will bridge the gap between end-users and developers, ensuring good specifications that get turned into efficient solutions. Our small, autonomous scrum teams work collaboratively to create highly efficient solutions for our customers, maintain documentation, and verify that new functionality meets the requirements. Quality is our priority, and our development team works closely with product owners and customers, fostering a collaborative environment.
The team is located in Sweden and Romania, so most of our daily communication is in English.

Your analyzing skills will be crucial in understanding the requests from our customers, picking out the most important pieces and figuring out the best way to meet what the customers actually are looking for. You enjoy putting yourself in the user perspective and identifying what makes for the most simple and user friendly process in a system. At the same time, you are skilled in specifying and communicating to the rest of the team what needs to be done to meet those needs.
In order to succeed in this role you need to:
Have experience in working with ERP/finance systems, Quality Assurance/testing or Business Analysis
Be able to communicate in both English and Swedish language
Experience in one or more of the following areas is not required, but is considered an advantage: SQL databases, the Azure platform and related tools, DevOps and agile software development practices, and/or test automation.
