hela Sverige Global Merchandising and the Buying and Planning team is now looking for a tech savvy and sales driven Business Analyst to join us in H&M's head office in central Stockholm.
You will work in a function whose mission is to support, improve and develop our methods of goal setting, stock planning and buying. We are working closely with the markets and regions as well as several central functions such as Supply Chain Management and Business Tech. We are changing the way we plan, execute and follow up our strategies - how this is done tomorrow is up to you.
What you will do:
• Define and set calculation logics within the goal setting and buying process in all our tools
• Analyze and align global goals
• Develop method for buying quantification
• Secure that the goals set by Sales are implemented in all receiving buying systems
• Support the central analysis team in understanding global, regional and local needs through data analysis
Who you are:
• Result driven with strong commercial sense and a high business acumen
• Experience from Buying, Merchandising or Supply chain management is beneficial
• Knowledge of data visualization and data modeling in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Project management experience, knowing how to go from idea to implementation
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills and a great team player
• Creative, curious and solution oriented mind-set
