hela Sverige Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) is the Swedbank business area designed to meet the needs of large and midsized corporates and financial institutions. This includes multinationals and/or clients in need of advanced financing solutions.
The business area is also responsible for delivering corporate and capital market products to Swedbank's retail operations and the customers of the Swedish savings banks. LC&I operates from offices in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Finland, the U.S., South Africa, China and Luxembourg.

About the job Swedbank continues to develop and grow our corporate business, with the target of being the leading bank. FX (Foreign Exchange) is one of key areas where we want to expand our offering.
The focus for us is innovation. Therefore we need you that have the ability to think outside the box - we are looking for an innovative person with an interest in creating new services.
Be part of developing our value proposition, bringing new solutions to our clients, in close cooperation with Business owners and our sales organization.
What you need to succeed You are business oriented and for you the customer is in focus. You are innovative, creative and you enjoy working in the changing digital environment.
You may have experience from customer journeys and customer needs in a digital context, for instance UX experience. You may also have experience from building new services/solutions/apps etc. Previous knowledge of FX is not required, but a plus.

I have worked at Swedbank for a number of years in various positions in different areas, mainly in IT; as Project manager, Service Manager, Daily operations manager and Domain manager. Therefore I have deep knowledge in the bank's IT operations.
I enjoy working for FICC since it is an important and prioritized area, not only for LC&I, but also for other parts of the bank. It is an area facing a lot of challenges in a changing industry.
