In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Deliver great services to other customer in Swedbank, Savings bank, subsidiary together with the Agile Product Owner work with requirements.

• Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities from the backlog.

• Maximizing opportunities for feedback and value.

• Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders.

• Describe Acceptance Criteria for the items in the backlog and write concrete workflows and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team.

• Be part of our Agile journey, using DevSecOps practices to enable faster value delivery, optimization of security processes protecting customer transactions.

• Protect our Cloud journey using its security solution to deliver value based on Product area roadmap.

What is needed in this role:

• Knowledge and previous experience in ITIL process.

• Experience working with Access Management Domain.

• Knowledge and good understanding of Active Directory.

• Experience of working in Agile digital development.

• Managing assignments / processes, working independently with limited supervision.

• Lead and have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

• Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

• Act as a team player and constantly improve the way of working within the cross functional team, the tech stream, between tech streams and value streams.

• Plan, prioritize and estimate the work together with the team members, and Product Owner.

• Have and continuously improve the knowledge of business and value stream deliveries that depends on technical areas delivered by the affected tech stream.

• Support the Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development.

• Continuously update existing, mandatory documentation for the services.

• Mainframe skills are beneficial.

• Be able to communicate effortlessly in English and Swedish both writing and speaking.

• Good cooperation skills and a strong team player

• Strong ethics, moral and integrity.

• Strong motivation and encouragement to be part of our development in the customer journey.

• Be a true team player, eager to solve challenges and share knowledge with your team.

• Self-structured/ Organized person.

• Proactively give feedback on the services and deliveries.
