About the job Our unit, within the business area Digital Banking, plays an important role for the bank by creating new ways for our customers to communicate with us. We work with technologies such as AI and chat bots to create the best possible user experience. As a value stream we are always at the front edge regarding new technology and working methods. In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for:
Detailing and anchoring of the backlog items across the product development iterations
Ensuring that the requirements of the functionality are well defined and understood by all the parties
Participating in discovery work, inputs collection in close communication with different stakeholders. Also you will support the team and the APO in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features
Quality assurance responsibility of delivered functionality
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about new technologies and digitalization. You have extensive understanding of the business and its customer/user needs. You should have high interest in and knowledge of stakeholder management in the business area. Experience in performing processes/system functionalities analysis and being able to perform business acceptance testing is important in this role.
As a Business Analyst you have a customer-centric mindset, you are social and communicative, good at asking questions but also structured, systematic and have interest in details. As a person you have a willingness to learn new things and are open-minded and pro-active. You are a team player and are able to create needed network throughout the whole organization.
Good writing & documentation skills are necessary for good result. You also have academic degree within the area and are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
This role will include traveling on a regular basis.
