KRY is growing in a fast pace and we're now looking for an ambitious Business Analyst to join the Swedish Commercial team i Stockholm. In this role you will be involved in strategic projects and business development initiatives to help Kry grow and deliver patient value in Sweden. In addition, you will support the country management with market and business analysis, performance reviews and develop growth areas. We believe you are a person that is analytical, structured and business-minded. You enjoy juggling multiple initiatives and to use data to drive business value. In order to thrive in this role you must enjoy digging into details to bring clarity on strategic problems, be an excellent communicator and have strong collaboration skills.
You will
• Support the Swedish management and business developers on identifying and executing on growth initiatives
• Conduct industry, competitor and business performance analysis
• Be part of cross-functional project teams and roll out strategic projects
• Prepare analysis and business cases for decision making on investments and growth efforts
• Improve internal processes for growth and collaboration
Who you are
• A minimum of six months to a year of experience from working with business analytics, business development or as management consultant, preferably from a tech and/or healthcare sector.
• Skilled with using numbers to prove a point
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enjoys collaboration and to work with colleagues from different backgrounds and with different expertise
• Self driven and a can-do attitude
• Thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple unknowns
• Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is provided across Europe, and particularly in the Sweden, while putting the patient first
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
