Do you have an interest in global macroeconomics?
This completely new role within Axis Communications moves beyond the typical responsibilities of a business analyst, as you will also be required to get involved in business strategies and planning, analysis as well as deliver support in key projects.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is intended to provide qualified strategic analyses for management based on Axis internal statistics, understanding the dialogue with the sales organization and its stakeholders as well as current macroeconomic trends. The main scope will be to work with the time perspective beyond one year up to five years.. This also means working with both the management team and the global sales leadership team. Furthermore the role will be to actively drive and support change from a Finance perspective in order to meet strategic targets. You will also act as Finance project leader for or member of various Finance related projects.
Support the Management team and other stakeholders with strategic business and global trend analysis
Structured use of Axis’ extensive business stats to understand patterns and trends
Proactive analyses for future business purposes
Support regional VPs with different analysis
Develop and maintain a strategic follow up model for Axis business
Develop steering mechanisms to drive and understand sales of new initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Experience of business analysis/controlling in international company
Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or other relevant education alignment
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English
Advanced computer literacy, Excel and pref. Qlikview
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
In order to succeed in this role, we believe that you have strong analytical skills combined with a strong interest for business and geopolitical questions. You have an ability to take part in everyday projects and you are confident dealing with senior level staff and ability to communicate in a crisp, concise and professional manner. As a working method, we think you are able to dive deep into data and present information in a coherent, articulate manner. Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task is required.
