Job description
As a Business Analyst at our client you will work in a project called SFSA Order/ Transaction Monitoring stream within the FCP/Financial Crime Prevention tribe. The SFSA Order / Transaction Monitoring stream focuses on fulfilling the requirements in the order from the Swedish FSA related to AML transaction monitoring in Sweden.
The FCP tribe delivers on a roadmap in the Financial Crime Prevention area. Our client needs to continuously improve its capabilities within the existing used framework in order to live up to changing standards, technology and regulatory requirements. Key elements of the desired transformation are a data-driven approach that enables more effective and efficient identification and reporting of suspicious activity and the creation of a proactive and continuous learning loop across KYC, transaction monitoring, and the business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to have at least 10 years of experience and excellent skills as a Business Analyst. You need to have experience of requirements, specification and coordination of both design and implementation of business and IT changes in an agile setup. You also need to have experience from KYC and AML related work and from change initiatives within Master Data. It is required that you have language skills within both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
