Let us describe the challenge we offer
The Test drive team is part of the Customer Acquisition and Services domain and delivers digital solutions that enable the acquisition of new customers and services to existing customers. Our primary goal is to provide our customers with a first-class experience in both the physical and digital touchpoints. The domain leverages a best-of-breed of technology, combining bespoke solutions with commercial technologies. The domain is a key enabler of Polestar's overall strategy as a Direct-to-consumer brand and the increasingly important aftermarket business.
As a business analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on the Test drive experience product. Our direct-to-consumer approach sets us apart in the industry, making the test drive experience a defining moment in the customer's journey. The product is both fun and challenging to work on, providing an opportunity to learn and grow. This position is located at our Lindholmen office in Gothenburg. We understand that work-life balance isn't easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.
What you'll do
As a Business Analyst in the Test Drive team, you will be a part of and working closely together with the whole digital product team running a tight collaboration with the Digital Lead, the UX/UI Designer and business stakeholders to ensure that business and customer perspectives are addressed, eliciting information to enable delivery. With your unique combination of both technical, but also broad business knowledge, you will be supporting the team in executing on the product strategy and overall product vision. You will do this through providing fact-based analysis of the business and digital requirements in the format of epics and stories, while also ensuring these are of high detail in order to contribute to the overall quality of the Test drive product. Furthermore, you'll be driving an MVP mindset across the team by helping us to define minimum value and user-testable outputs.

Further on, you will:
• Foster communication and collaboration between the digital lead, architects, developers, and designers.
• Work in close collaboration with the digital lead to ensure that both roles shares the same understanding and can answer the development team's questions.
• Point of contact in dialogues with other product teams involved in the initiative.
• Understand drivers behind business requirements and translate the analysis into detailed requirements such as: epics, stories, acceptance criteria.
• Prepare, facilitate and be a key participant in the agile ceremonies.
• Supporting refinement of the product backlog and ensuring that the right information is available to the development team in the right level of detail at the right time.
Who you are
You have a solid background in working as a bridge between business and digital stakeholders, and understanding of what it takes to take high-level wishes and demands into concrete technical, digital, requirements. We believe that, in order to succeed in this role, you are able to lead team members through the right activities for expected outcomes. Strong responsibility, facilitation and influencing skills, being able to confidently explain complex processes or technical details to diverse groups of people.
Required qualifications:
• Creative mindset, experience in ideation/brainstorm environments.
• Having worked in a tactical role previously, with high personal quality standards, understanding that their output will be delivered to senior management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and consistently in business and technical terms.
• Ability to voice and negotiate priorities within the product team.
• Previous experience in product/project involving international colleagues, on-and-off site.
• Demonstrable experience in supporting initiatives that cover diverse and vast areas of the business.
• Experience developing initiatives in complex business environments with a global scope.
• Experience defining product requirements in partnership with a product owner/product manager/digital lead and in alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Proven digital experience, in an agile environment.
• Self-starter, with very good communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to details.
