In Corporate Digital Finance we are responsible for the development and maintenance of IT-systems and solutions in the Finance area. We now seek a Business Analyst / Techlead for SAP FICO in the finance area. Want to join us?
What you will do
As Business Analyst / Teachlead you will be acting as the link between business and digital teams by capturing the business requirements and support the digital teams in translating the same to be realized in IT solutions.
Your responsibilities will include to lead the functional design of the digital product based on deep functional / business process knowledge. You have understanding for and will identify the business process needs/benefit and value of activities. You will create, maintain and refine the stories in the product backlog (together with the PO) for next sprint/sprints, ensuring that the right information is available to the team in the right level of detail at the right time.
In this role, you will be driving establishment of strategies for achieving desired future business state (e.g. through innovation, trend spotting, market analysis, product or portfolio planning). The role also includes stakeholder management and validation of the sprint deliveries/output of the team. You will be leading & facilitating workshops with stakeholders for business modelling, needs analysis and backlog creation. You will also be analysing and breaking down needs, including impact mapping and dependency analysis.
Further, you will maximize the use and acceptance of standard/catalogue-based solutions to support business needs driving industry best practices processes. As Business Analyst you will be responsible for reporting progress to the Product Owner or Solution Architect including raising issues likely to threaten the implementation plan.
Who you are
You will carry a university degree in business administration, economics, accounting, engineering or similar. You will have a minimum of 8 years domain experience in SAP FICO with exposure to SAP as a business/key user and performed a leading role in at least 2 SAP implementations with an understanding of configuration and development basics of the FICO module in SAP ECC & SAP S4 HANA and cross module integrations.

• Critical thinking and problem solving - Ability to evaluate and examine a situation from different perspectives creating a base for decision making considering the transient nature of finance requirements within different business models and different IT landscape
• Ability to understand consumer/end user needs, conveying into features and user stories that enables the team delivery
• Capability to define the business value of the product area value and surrounding value streams
• Facilitation to involve and engage stakeholders and team members to create ownership and gain results
• Experience in co-ordinating with the development team
• You are strong in areas of structure, integrity, drive for result, teamwork and communication
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
