Inter IKEA Group brings together three areas: Retail Concept, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people. You will be part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development organization. IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.
Supply Chain Development (SCD) is one of the business units in IKEA Supply and we are on an exciting journey! By gathering the end-to-end supply chain development and innovation agenda into one organization, embedding management and development of processes and digital solutions into the business, we will meet the future with the right competences and business capabilities. We are now looking for a Business Analyst within the area of Supply Chain Planning Development within SCD.
Job Description
As a Business Analyst within Supply Chain Planning Development, you will be part of the team responsible to deliver the business needs within area of Need Planning and Balancing.
The team consists of several Solution Owners, Business Analysts, Process Developers and Solution Architects working together developing user friendly business solutions.
As a Business Analyst you will mainly work with following:
• Analyze business needs and requirements to define and specify new functionality and design in digital solutions, supporting the IKEA Need Planning & Balancing users and stakeholders spread across the globe.
• Work closely together with Need Planning & Balancing process and business representatives to maximize the value for the organization with a strong and relevant business solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of solution documentation in co-operation with process/business teams. Contribute to the creation of the learning offer for the solution including training materials and delivery of training.
• Ability to lead the Portfolio along with Development Area Leaders of Need and Balancing.
Qualifications

• It would be a great advantage if you have experience from working with Need Planning & Balancing Processes and have some knowledge around Blue Yonder Solutions.
• Awareness of Agile ways of working and inclined to work in Agile Environment.
