Joining Polar Cape in this position means you will be a part of our blended teams, being that key person between business and development, working close with our clients within health tech, fin-tech, telecom, media and more and helping us have a high-performance team making wonders with the product.
As our new BA you are great at breaking down high level requirements to user stories the team can easily work with. For our clients within health care this is highly important since the product is within "home care", where user stories and safety are crucial for the product. In all our product development teams, this is where the magic starts. In your luggage you have good knowledge about agile processes and the ability to dig down in the details and connect them to roadmap ahead. In this role you, as our new colleague thrive in an environment where things move fast with a lot of happiness and camaraderie.
You will be part of a consultant team of 6-8 people with a Consultant Manager who will be your closest contact person, from your team you will receive support and development in every project you take. And at FATO once a month you meet your team to share knowledge, obstacles, and a lot of laughter. When it is time for an AW, we have a 350m2 and a stage to our disposal.
