The position
Are you passionate about Solution Management and Requirements?
If so, we have got a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Solution Management & Architecture team who provides guidance, alignment, and governance to build desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable large-scale solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Your focus will be on defining and managing requirements in the solution intent. Solution Intent is the repository for storing, managing, and communicating the knowledge of current and intended Solution behavior. To achieve this, you collaborate with a wide range of people to define and evolve the requirements that the system must meet, including functional and non-functional requirements (NFR).
The responsibility includes:
• Define and evolve our Solution Intent repository
• Define and evolve stakeholder and system-level requirements
• Decompose stakeholder and system-level requirements when needed
• Evolve stakeholder and system-level requirements based on feedback
• Communicate stakeholder and system-level requirements to development teams
You will be a key member in a team within Cambio that will set the foundation for how we define and build our solutions. Depending on who you are and your own interest, there are great opportunities to expand your responsibilities over time.

About you

Requirements
• Bachelor 's degree or equivalent work or education experience
• At least 3-5 years' experience of requirement management
• Solving complicated and complex matters are part of your background, preferably from safety-critical system development
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
It's a bonus if you
• Experience from requirements engineering in a software medical device
• Proven track record of building a requirement repository
• Experience from working in systems under the Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 or the Medical Device Directive ((93/42/EEC)) or other relevant standards e.g., IEC 62304
• Experience from Cambio COSMIC
Place of employment: Stockholm/Linköping

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
