hela Sverige We are looking for a Business Analyst for our project called Shift left and automation. The project works within IT support and are responsible for transferring third line cases to first or second line and aims to reduce the cost.
You will in this role have close collaboration with our automation team that is responsible for maintenance and development of automation services provided by IT dep. To fit this role you need to demonstrate a holistic approach to End-2-End automation and be able to work in a cross-technology team. You also needs to have a "design-for-automation" mentality where current "As-Is"-processes are challenged and a re-design is proposed to ensure the best process automation. We think that the person we are looking for is a doer that makes things happen. It's also important that the person is a great communicator.
Main tasks
Focus on driving, coordinating and analyzing automation candidates within Group IT.
Analyzing data connected to support flows for our services (In ServiceNow)
Example statistics from following; Incidents, Problems, Changes, Knowledge and Request
Analyze statistics of different assignment groups based on volume tickets, resolvingtime etc.
Make conclusions from analyzed data, identify where it is possible to make automations and make estimates regarding savings
This position requires security clearance, which entails a requirement for Swedish citizenship and requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection.
Required skills and experiences:
o Knowledge within IT Support management and ITIL
o Experience of operational development with automation tools
o General knowledge of IT support and IT maintenance
o Agile way of thinking
o Team player
o Preferably hands on experience in documenting processes creating PDDs and high level solution designs
o Preferably hands on experience from developing automations with RPA tools
Technology:
o A good understanding of Robotic Process Automation tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath
o Preferably experience from Process orchestration tools (e.g. Camunda)
o General understanding of APIs, Integrations, BPM-tools, BI etc in the automation landscape and how to utilize these when creating solution designs for E-2-E solutions
