Your responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be an integral member of an agile team who will liaise and bridge the gap between IT and business team. Acting as the interface between the clients and the IT organization by translating business processes and needs into detailed functional requirements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with full stack developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers and fellow Business Analysts on pricing and risk products. Ideally, your experience will come from within a technology-led software company, where you can demonstrate a solid and structured way of working.
You will provide input into project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget
Engage with key stakeholders and business owners to design functional solutions for our clients
Write and assist in the production of operational and user documentation including release notes
Provide user training on new functionality and handle user queries regarding system functionality
We believe you are eager to take on other responsibilities and projects that adds value the team and personal development
This position will require travel to attend workshops, requirements study and to support customer projects
You will bring:
A degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Software Developer
Familiarity within financial markets and experience working with complex high transaction systems
A strong inner drive and persistence in solving complex problems
It would be great if you have:
Financial industry knowledge
Experience working with full software development life-cycle using agile methodology
