Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are seeking Business Analyst for a permanent and full-time position in 4finance AB, starting as agreed. The position is new and it is based in Sweden. As a Business Analyst you will be placed in business analysis department which main role is Customer Care, Debt Collection, Sales results, Marketing and data analysis, regular and ad-hoc reporting, KPIs creation, report automation in BI systems and data governance. You will work closely with Regional Manager and Group business analysis department. Responsibilities: - Report analysis of Sales results, Portfolio quality, Payment process, Product usage, Customer profile etc. - Prepare executive summaries, monthly and weekly comments - Search tendencies, create daily alerts and investigations - Find and comment on the reasons for the changes in product performance - Proactive diagnostic of data analysis - Deeper analysis for specific product performance, related problems or opportunities - Monitor and comment how business KPIs reach target We offer: - Dynamic and challenging work with ambitious and highly professional team - Work in a rapidly growing international company operating in an exciting and competitive industry - Competitive remuneration package - Supportive environment facilitating growth and achievement - Great office & coffee Please apply by submitting your CV and Motivation letter to

Utbildning och erfarenhetDegree in economics, business, statistics or related area - Solid work experience in business analysis - Experience in work with reporting - Fluency in English and Swedish - Excellent computer skills (especially MS Excel) - Experience in work with Business Intelligence tools will be considered as an advantage - Experience in cooperating with the management is a plus - Preciseness, analytical mind, communication skills and ability to work both in team and individually
