We are looking for a Business Analyst/Requirements Analyst to further strengthen our team in Stockholm. The position is focused on the elicitation and management of system requirements for Genium INET Clearing, the world-leading multi-asset clearing and risk management system favored by large clearing houses across the globe.
As Business Analyst you work as an interface between the business stakeholders and the IT organization by translating business requirements into detailed system requirements. You are expected to understand all possibilities and functions in our system to give qualified advice and suggest alternatives to our clients in order to arrive at the best possible solution. You will also ensure that the team of developers and testers has a clear understanding of the client requirements.
You will have a lot of contact with our clients and will provide user training on new functionality, handle user queries regarding system functionality as well as holding workshops.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university degree in Engineering Physics, Industrial Engineering or similar and 5-8 years of experience from similar positions preferably from the financial industry. If you have experience from requirements management in the area of clearing and risk management including significant business stakeholder interaction it will be highly meriting. You have excellent language skills in written and spoken English. Knowledge in Swedish is good but not mandatory.
You have a strong analytical mindset and can easily adapt between the business and the technology sides. Your personal drive shows by the way you take initiative and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. To succeed in the role you also have to have strong communication skills and not be afraid to take a leading part in client interactions.
