About the job You will play an important role for our NBA (Next Best Action) team in our exiting digitalization journey. The digital services that you create together with your team will make real difference in our customers' everyday lives.
You will be working in a multicultural team and Valuestream on our PEGA platform.
We will together continue to build CRM as the enabler of customer satisfaction with many challenges and fantastic colleagues to reach Swedbank Wanted Position.
As a Business Analyst you will:
Help the Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the back-log
Support Architects to describe Business Domain Architecture
Participate in discovery work, backlog refinements and delivery planning
Collect input in close communication with different stakeholders
Detailing and anchoring the backlog items with relevant stakeholders and ensure that the requirements are well defined and understood by all the parties
Working according to SWAP and Swedbank processes
Participate and follow relevant maintenance processes
What you need to succeed Work according to SWAP and Swedbank processes
Ability to coordinate and make things happen
Structured way of working
Good writing and documentation skills
Very good communication skills (listen, ask questions, build trust)
Desire to improve continuously
Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
Motivation to seek simple solutions to complex problem.

Good social, cooperation and networking skills
Fluency English, both written and spoken.
