Job Summary
The Capability Integration team is now searching for a Business Analyst / Master Data Expert. You will report to the Capability Integration Manager within Materials & Package in Development & Technology, our development organization in Tetra Pak.
You will work with support, maintenance and development of our Specification and Data management systems. System end users are located in different Tetra Pak organizations globally. In this role you will focus on two of our sytems, InoriGo and NaviGo.
The location for this position is Lund, Sweden
Your daily tasks may include:
Support end users of Tetra Pak specification and data management systems or tools by working with data management and technical documentation.
Be part of teams suggesting and developing solutions to continuously improve systems, tools and working procedures according to needs of the end users.
InoriGo is the system where we have our Package Specifications today with Package Master as the central application. You will maintain and create new Package as well as drive/participate in continuous improvement activities.
NaviGo is a tool used by all our converting factories producing packaging material around the world. You will maintain, develop and implement information quality by identifying as well as analyzing the business needs and translate these into requirements.
Collaborate with Development Engineers, Technical Product Owners and Sub-System Owners to manage and improve our existing specifications in Materials & Package area as well as creating new specifications during development of new products like packages, packaging material, closures and straws
We believe you have
Required skills:
Technical documentation skills and experience
Experience from IT development and Product data management including Master Data management
Statistical background and comfortable to work with figures
Structured, accurate and can go into details when needed e.g. do administrative work in specification systems
Experience from working with MicroSoft Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge about systems like SAP, FileMaker, WindChill PDMLink and Inorigo is a plus.
Experience in documenting workflows and procedures
Graphic design and visualisation skills is a plus
User experience design / Useability / Conceptual design
Experience from identifying business needs, documenting business requirements and testing /validating new IT solutions
Experience from driving continuous improvement activities
Experience from global work environments
Experience working agile and scrum
Basic level Programming is a plus
Good communication and presentation skills in written and oral in English (and Swedish)
