Description
The client are looking for a Business Analyst who has the right attitude to learn, grow and be a part of this transformation journey. The consultant will work on gathering, documenting, and analysing the business needs, business stakeholders and end users, translating them into system requirements, and working with the supplier partners to deliver the capabilities.
Work tasks:
• Gather and document new business needs and change requests into actionable technical development tasks.
• Identify and support new data source integrations and information security compliance.
• Collaborate with the product supplier and partners in delivering the capabilities in the business solution.
Mandatory competence and experience:
Strong business analysis/product specialist experience in a global company within one or more of the below:
• Store operations processes in a retail set-up.
• Hands-on knowledge of the BlueYonder ESO, or similar product.
• Experience or in-depth knowledge in food industry.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills with people both internally and externally and the ability to focus on the big picture as well as the details.
• Knowledge of process and data gap analysis.
• Ability to prioritise and ensure timely delivery without compromising on an acceptable level of quality.
• Fluent in verbal and written communication in English, excellent documentation, presentation and time management skills.

• Ability to build trustful relationships.
