You have a big interest in Digital & Tech and experience in analysis, preferably in a sourcing organization. Your analytical skills are excellent, just like your evaluation and problem solving skills. Furthermore you are highly motivated in understanding the area and to continuously learn and develop in a curious way. We believe that you are both interested in- and driven to find common interests and agendas, to build trust and partnership to reach common goals. Furthermore you are able to adapt to a fast changing environment and have an eager to improve and drive change by challenging existing ways of working.
We believe that you have knowledge in following areas:
• Excellent business knowledge and mind-set
• Knowledge/interest of market & global trends in procurement, economics and data analysis
• Knowledge of tools (excel, sourcing systems) and processes in area of responsibility
• Experience of SAP Procurement tools are beneficial
• Fluent in English both written and spoken

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
IKEA is transforming from a traditional Retailer into a truly digital player. It means that we at Group Procurement are moving into a core business digital unit. This new structure requires a re-creation of the supplier landscape as well as how we approach the market.
As a Business Analyst you will work closely together with the digital procurement team, supporting with data analysis and recommendations to enable fact based decisions. You will work cross categories and together in complex sourcing projects to secure the best procurement for the Ingka Group. You will be following processes and suggest improvements, as well as give input to decisions and implementing required process/project.
As a Business Analyst you will:
• Perform data analyses (including risk, cost and spend analyses) and scenario planning
• Secure fact based decisions by contributing with decision basis and recommendations
• Provide analytical support to the Procurement organisation
• Communicate in a straightforward and inclusive manner and listens actively to gain information
• Co-operate with team members in other and own units to accomplish common goals
• Establish trusting relationships that are maintained over time
• Demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances
In this role you will report to the Category Manager. This role is located in Malmö, Sweden.
