hela Sverige Operational Presales and Projects is responsible for preparing product structure and product information for our markets. That includes responsibility for the IT tools the Pre-sales functions are using to prepare the product offer. Recently we have also added a responsibility to take the product structure and information all the way out in the salesman tool.
We currently have product owners for the different systems handling product configuration, information and optimisation in the different groups at Operational Presales and Projects. With the added responsibilities for the salesman tool we need to add one person that takes care of requirements and makes sure that the whole system package is providing good value to Pre-sales and Sales.
Your duties
You are responsible to gather requirements from users of our Sales and Pre-sales system and prioritise development activities in a way that gives the most benefits for Scania. You are the link between the users needs and the IT organisation. Furthermore you are, together with the IT organisation, responsible to ensure quick support when problems occur.
Your profile and experiences
In this role you will have extensive contacts with our global Pre-sales and Sales organisation to understand their requirements. Together with other stakeholders you work to improve processes and you have an interest in how IT tools can improve business processes and an ability to communicate with the IT organisation. You have good communication skills and like to work cross functionally. As a person you are curious and a "doer". You are motivated by finding the best solution for the customer, and improving the processes.
We expect you to have a good understanding of the Pre-sales and Sales process in a business to business environment. An academic degree in business, engineering or equivalent is an advantage. You will work in an international environment so a good level of English is required.
