We are looking for you who have some years of experience in Logistics and IT. In order to thrive in the role as a business analyst. It is important that you have a great interest in the logistics area. You identify and understand the functional & non-functional requirements of the business. And you even lead workshops and conduct pre-studies including modeling.
Competences
• Focus on meeting customer requirements and expectations. Perform analysis and document requirements from the business. Map requirements connecting user stories to processes/production landscape, to help the software architect to design solutions.
• Speaks clearly and unobtrusively. Formulates opinions, information, and arguments so that everyone understands. Have the self-confidence and knowledge required to give presentations. Quickly notices what the audience wants and is responsive to their questions and views - create trust.
• Shows interest and understanding for other people. Fits in the group and creates team spirit. Pay attention to and reward people's efforts; Listen to others, consult them and create dialogue.
• Establishes well-defined, measurable goals and sets time frames. Plans activities and projects well in advance and with good margins for unforeseen events. Utilizes time effectively; Identifies and organizes the resources required for various tasks. Checks that all activities stay within the timeframe.
Experience
• You have some years' experience within the profession.
• You 're truly inspired to work with improvements and business development.
• You have experience in Supply Chain Management and SAP functions.
• You have the experience to analyze business requirements.
• You have good change management leadership skills.
• You are structured and have good planning skills.
• Coordinate responsible parties with good communication skills.
• Previous experience of project integration or equivalent project management experience.
Language
• Linguistic knowledge in English, fluently
• Linguistic knowledge in Swedish, fluently
