About the role:
As a BA Lead, you will assist in the project leadership and delivery of engagements. The successful applicant will have experience analyzing, designing and leading business focused requirements gatherings activities business outcome-led projects. You will collaborate and interface with client counterparts as well as consultants on a daily basis. Conduct requirements gathering workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics.Contribute to the design and development of clients' future business processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps. Coach and develop junior team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development
Who are you?
We see that you have 5+ years experience of working as a Business Analyst with focus on IT. You also have a bachelors degree within a relevant field for the position, for example computer science. You are able to simplify challenging situations, models and issues to create executable action. You have the ability to work onsite in Sweden, be proficient in business Swedish (or other Nordic language) and English.
