What's in it for you?
The Office 365 Devops team is responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of applications based on Low-code solutions based on O365 and coded solutions in Azure. You will play a key role as Business Analyst for this Product supporting our business and customers globally. You will also be a key player establishing and supporting Citizen Development and Business Product Teams within this Low-Code area.

What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst, BA, within our O365 DevOps team, you will be focused on interaction with business stakeholders: reviewing and clarifying their needs and requirements about their processes based on business value. This will include performing concept studies, workshop facilitation and problem/opportunity analysis.
You will be part of the DevOps team and be supporting them with functional design, backlog refinement and with deep functional insight during building and testing. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right information is available to the dev team in the right level of detail and at the right time. You will also work together with the PO on user stories for sprints and answer daily questions on a functional level. It's included for the BA to also enable and Support Citizen Development throughout Volvo Cars
Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have vast experience as Business Analyst. Analyzing processes and scenarios, together with depth knowledge of IT Applications and Platforms, to ensure requirements are captured in a way that can then be Digitalized and/or Automized in a solution based on our technology. It's a merit if you also have background as application developer and business analyst in a global context. Swedish language skills are considered a merit for this position, as you will be interacting with customers who mainly communicate in Swedish.
Minimum a University or IT degree at a Bachelor level or equivalent work experience
Business Analyst role - vast experience
O365 (Good knowledge)
Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dynamics, etc) (Very good knowledge)
Azure AD, Identity, Network (General knowledge)
Office 365 Information Protection (General knowledge)
Experience of Agile processes (Scrum & SAFe) (General knowledge)
Great communication skills in both English and Swedish
