hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-02-27ArbetsuppgifterWe're on the lookout for a Business Analyst on behalf of a client in Stockholm. You have an eye for understanding, documenting, analyzing, and overseeing the requirements for developing and testing IT solutions. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to collect and compile user requirements and suggesting key steps and results to fulfill business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Dive deep into analyzing, spotting, and interpreting business requirements into functional system needs.
• Take charge of organizing and leading sprint refinement sessions.
• Ensure the product aligns with business goals through UAT and acceptance tests.
• Enhance user stories with clear acceptance criteria and Definitions of Done (DoD).
• Coordinate with the Product Manager to set priorities for user stories and allocate them to the appropriate teams.
• Aid in creating training materials, conducting UAT, and promoting ongoing enhancement.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of analysis, process re-engineering including business process modeling, identifying capability gaps, and outlining solution approaches and scope.
• Evaluate the viability of proposed solutions.
• Document specifications and interfaces for new systems, enhancements, and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and deployment teams.
Qualifications:
• A solid grasp of technology basics like software development, architecture, integration, cloud, web applications, and microservices.
• Background in business analysis or a related technical field (application development, technical product management, deployment/implementation, and infrastructure).
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities (KPIs, business case development).
• Skilled in solving problems and a pragmatic approach.
• Inventive in thinking and solving problems by generating new ideas, solutions, or approaches.
• Proficient in communication, both orally and written.
• Skilled in fostering positive collaboration and sharing knowledge among diverse stakeholders.
• Must be fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Understanding of retail and e-commerce.
• Expertise in process improvement and optimization.
