hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-09-08ArbetsuppgifterOur client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who specializes in warranty to join their team. The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to address the perspectives of both the business and the customers by gathering information to facilitate successful project delivery. This role involves working closely with the team to ensure coordination and collaboration across different functions.
The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring their viewpoints are understood and aligning them with the vision set by the Product Manager. Furthermore, the Business Analyst provides market context, competitive intelligence, and insights into customer needs and pain points to help the team define their tasks. Therefore, the Business Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring alignment within the team, particularly across different areas of expertise.
Primary assignments:
• Assisting the team in implementing the Digital Team strategy by conducting thorough analysis of the business and digital landscape relevant to the specific digital product/service/platform, using information from various sources and channels
• Promoting a mindset focused on delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within the team, by aiding in the definition of minimum value and testable outputs
• Supporting the development of business requirements and user stories, such as providing assistance in clarifying acceptance criteria
• Creating and maintaining high-quality Business Analysis (BA) artifacts that contribute to the overall quality of the digital product/service/platform
Requirements:
• Experience from Automotive Warranty is a must
• Deep technical and process-level knowledge of user needs and pain points, often through background as an expert, customer support, process or technical roles
• Comfortable with processes/ technology/IT to be able to understand and help problem solve with technical team(s), addressing their concerns
• Solid understanding of the MVP mindset, understanding value of short term planning
• Experience with writing User Stories, decomposing work to drive prioritization
• Excellent facilitation skills, able to lead team members through the right activities for expected outcomes
