Description
The Client needs to continuously improve its capabilities within the existing used framework in order to live up to changing standards, technology and regulatory requirements. Key elements of the desired transformation are a data-driven approach that enables more effective and efficient identification and reporting of suspicious activity and the creation of a proactive and continuous learning loop across KYC, transaction monitoring, and the business.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• 9-12 years of experience within the area
• Business Analyst/Epic Driver with experience of requirements specification and coordination of both design and implementation of business and IT changes in an agile setup.
• Experience from KYC and AML related work
• Business analysis, Requirements specification, design and coordination of necessary changes to IT systems, processes, instructions etc. including business change management related to fulfilling the SFSA Order within Transaction Monitoring in Sweden.
• Swedish and English both spoken and written
