https://career.electroluxgroup.com/We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst in Engineering Change Management (ECM), Manufacturing master data and Quality Management (QM) processes with experiences in driving projects and managing full lifecycle business requirements.
You'll work in an international environment in an industry, that is undergoing exciting changes and innovation. You'll be a part of the IT organization in Electrolux Europe, within a team providing Manufacturing Solutions and related services to the factories. You will be involved in numerous key transformation and digital projects with a high degree of autonomy.
A TYPICAL DAY
• Act as an interface between business operations in ECM, Manufacturing master data and QM and technical teams such as Integration & Development team.
• Drive and coordinate business requirements within the ECM, Manufacturing master data and QM areas.
• Manage project budgets, when needed perform project resource planning.
• Conduct full lifecycle analysis from pre-studies, requirements gathering to solution delivery.
• Initiate innovations/improvements inside and around ECM, Manufacturing master data and QM processes and applications linked to these processes.
• Create and maintain documentation on the implemented solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Manufacturing and/or in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience delivering SAP IT solutions supporting manufacturing processes, particularly in relation to:
• Engineering Change Management specially in relation Manufacturing BOMs and Routings & corresponding Approval processes controlled by SAP Workflows.
• Manufacturing master data: Materials, BOMs, Routings, ECM Changes Numbers, Product costing components, Vendors, Info records, Source List and Classification data.
• Quality Management: Skip Lots, Usage Decisions, Inspection Lots, Defects, Approval processes and Notifications.
• Experience in other SAP ECC modules or SAP APO is a plus.
• Good understanding of different methods for system integration: EDI, XML, MQ, etc.
• Knowledge of MS Office Package (Power Point, Excel, Word) and MS Visio.
• Manufacturing operational experiences are a plus.
