As a Business Analyst Director - Risk and Pricing Products you will manage a team of about ten Business Analysts specialized in designing solutions to help our clients manage their risk and margining across different asset classes.

The Business Analyst Director is responsible for managing and developing the team members as well as assigning individual Business Analysts to specific projects and tasks. The team's main focus is to capture business requirements and write functional specifications, the team participates in all phases of the delivery of our Risk and Pricing solutions such as responding to RFIs and RFPs, supporting development, testing and UAT. In this role, you are expected to liaise with PMO Manager, Development Manager and Test Manager to ensure successful project deliveries. Along with other Business Analyst managers, you will develop and implement changes to BA related methodologies and processes.

Alongside the management duties, you will also work hands on with Business Analyst tasks, project management, as well as product management. Additionally, you should be prepared to participate in sales activities. Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and direction to team members.
* Motivate, coach, develop, recruit, reward and retain employees while cultivating a culture of high performance teams.
* Take accountability for the performance and results of the team; plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
* Develop departmental plans to address resource and operational needs and challenges.
* Allocate resources and assign responsibilities for projects and assignments, checking status regularly.
* Ensure that the team identifies industry changes and captures feedback from clients who provide input to product development initiatives internally.
* Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers internally and externally.

Qualifications required:

* Education: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline
* Several year of experience in relevant areas
* Ability to motivate, develop, recruit and retain and reward employees
* Previous management or leader experience
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
* Ability to travel
