About you
We are looking for a positive team player who is passionate about creating value in an omnichannel environment. We believe you have relevant experience from development of retail solution in the area of e-commerce and familiar with the business processes within this function and how they can be enabled by technology.
You have extensive working experience with software development with with external software vendors in e-commerce, app and/or web domain with good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools including requirement management. Experience from relevant standard software, especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft CRM, E-commerce and customer facing applications would be an advantage. You also have an awareness of internal and external business and technology trends that will impact the business environment. Ideally your experience includes working with both product discovery and delivery.
You get motivated by being able to deep dive into complex scenarios and problems and finding solutions together with your colleagues. You also have good communication and networking skills with the ability to co-operate and anchor with various stakeholders.

We provide IKEA retailers with a set of digital products and services that are integrated to IKEA value chain and supporting the omnichannel IKEA Concept. We call this the Retail Package and it covers key capabilities for retail operations.

About the role
As Business Analyst you will describe and translate business needs into technical requirements as well as identify opportunities to improve the IKEA omni-channel customer experience through the development of profile pages as a starting point. At IKEA, we see the customers journey through their eyes to fully understand their experience. That's where we are able to find solutions for example to simplify customers' user experience on the website.
You will engage with stakeholders and support the identification of improvement needs. And, assist with definition and validation of high level & low level designs in cooperation with relevant roles.
You will work within agile product centric development processes of the Retail Package. You will develop, document and keep track of business requirements. And, support in development of learning and communication content. You will also be responsible for measuring the actual business outcome of our development efforts.
A few more details for you
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden. When the situation improves, you will be prepared to travel internationally 50 days a year. You will report to the Sales & Range Processes Manager.
