hela Sverige Kuoni is one of Europe?s leading tourist travel corporations and has a total workforce of around 10.000 employees in over 40 countries worldwide. Kuoni is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for our Content Management System team to be based in Stockholm/ Sweden.
In this challenging role you will need to understand Kuoni?s strategy, business models, organisation and operations and translate the various business needs into aligned, tangible business requirements. You are able to identify, extract, analyse and prioritise these business requirements in a structured and meaningful way. You will act as facilitator in meetings with key business stakeholders where change requests are discussed, prioritised and decided upon and drive and challenge business units on their input and assumptions for business processes, needs and requirements. You critically evaluate all information gathered, develop new insights, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. You understand and document implications of business requirements and issues (qualifying financial impacts of various scenarios) and develop insightful recommendations.
Furthermore you will be responsible for evaluating solution proposals under consideration of business requirements. After agreement on a solution with the key stakeholders, you will conduct problem solving with Business Lead and IT Lead to ensure that solutions are completed to specifications. You will be responsible for use cases modelling, define the testing objectives and lead end-user testing to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented and functional needs are met. Further tasks are the creation of project scopes, goals and deliverables in alignment with Business Owner and Project Management, assistance in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules as well as the business side coordination of implementing new websites on the group common CMS solution.
For this interesting expert role, which reports to our Global Business Owner CMS we are seeking candidates with an academic degree in Business or IT who have gained several years of experience in business analysis, including business process design and testing methodology. You should bring a strong Business background and solid project management skills combined with a good IT/technical understanding.
Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking as well as proven problem solving capabilities are a prerequisite for this role. You are able to quickly establish credibility and to build up and maintain successful working relationships with business experts, management and peers. You will furthermore need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to tackle problems and solutions in a quick and concise manner. You are a strong team player who enjoys working in an international project-driven environment that requires adapting to different cultures and business needs. Last but not least the position requires drive for results as well as commitment to a high level of service and quality. There will be occasional travelling within Europe.
