As member of Volvo Trucks Demand Planning department you will have responsibility for the Business Information reporting related to the new Sales Business, with a focus on the Truck Brands. You will report to the Director Demand Planning within Sales Management, Volvo Trucks.
Mission
As a Business Analyst, Business Reporting you are responsible to secure and optimize the Business Information needed to drive the new Sales business within the Volvo Group. You secure excellent quality of data and visualization of Business Information including but not limited to: order intake and order book. The scope of the job is to manage and optimize Business Information for all Truck Brands and Business Areas for the Volvo Group.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
The Business Analyst for Business Information Reporting is responsible for:*Responsible for different management reports
• Manage, lead and publish Business Information KPI:s
• Analyze and set business rules in related systems
• Secure Business Information from databases like PROPER/VOR
• Drive and/or participate in different projects related to Business Information
• Interface to ITS regarding enhancements and corrections for the information in scope
• Support Sales Areas with Business Information

Critical Competencies*University degree is an advantage
• Knowledge of the demand planning, order and delivery process for the truck brands within the Volvo Group
• Knowledge in Business Objects and structure of the PROPER/VOR database
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and drive changes
• Be an inspiring and an active team worker
• Accuracy and speed are important for a great service
• Love to analyze data and summarize conclusions
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
